The above statement is copied from their Annual Report. they do not expect to see their customer return for repeat loans. Their ethos according to their report is to clear their credit history and create a path for their inclusion in mainstream lending if they require future funding.

Thanks spider5. There are repeat customers and yes you are correct to say CCP tries to rehabilitate previously delinquent customers.

I am posting about repeat customers because that is what CCP executives have communicated to me following on from attending AGM’s etc
