    I completely agree with you Klutch. At the time of the capital raising and acquisition, I did some detailed analysis on likely capital allocation, including increasing debt levels again to get back to "normal" gearing for CCP. I considered it would take at least until FY22 to get there. This would mean at least 2.5 more years of above average growth rates.

    However, the share price has gone up far more quickly than I anticipated. I think the market is starting to see the high growth levels still to come, and is also responding to the lower for longer interest rate environment. Hence the higher than normal P/E, which is entirely justified IMO.
