I had factoring in mind (invoice financing), but there were so many other options that I said nothing. I mention it now because TGA put out an announcement to the effect that it was getting back into that business. TGA sold the segment it had in that field to CML in 2018.
Factoring is an old-fashioned business that can be traced to ancient Rome, and earlier, but that can also be said about brothels, and yet they are still a thriving sector.
