The CEO specifically mentioned underwriting standards remind conservative and the debtors of Wallet Wizard are short term. I'll take him at his word, but I agree that dialing up the sub prime loan book going into what is a cost of living crunch is a little jarring. What I will say though is most of the direct pain of the interest rate increases in Aus are on mortgage holders, I strongly suspect the vast majority of WW customers do not have mortgages and instead rent.
