They report the NCML business together with their PDL business where it is referred to as "collection services". However you have a point because they are not exactly similar services and are not accounted for in the same way. It may be that debt collection is not necessarily suffering the same difficulty as PDL purchasing. However because they place them together within their announcements we have to assume that their rhetoric about the downturn in the Australian business applies to both services.
