10x earnings is on the low end of its historical range of multiples. However, in a panic it comes down to 8 or less.
Balance sheet is fine, but I reckon the jitters around the US economy / consumer sentiment over there is hurting CCP. Rate cuts might also be less and delayed if tarrifs prove inflationary.
