I think I have a similar feeling (maybe I'm being presumptuous...

    I think I have a similar feeling (maybe I'm being presumptuous tho about what you meant tho?).

    However, if same as my feeling, there were a couple of comments that made me temper this, that's its is on their radar and they won't spoil the company ...
    - employees aren't coming across as part of the deal ... they're going to check them out first and hire separately. That's a good way to ensure they take those that are a good cultural fit as well as ensuring some management level cost-cutting synergies are immediate (without redundancy costs).
    - and the CEO's quote, essentially saying he wants to be fair whilst providing a service to their customers ... “Credit Corp provides the cheapest and most sustainable finance to the Australian credit impaired consumer market and our entry into this new segment will be consistent with that approach”

    Hoping that yourself and @Pioupiou may share some more thoughts as you digest this news? I always find the analysis and discussion you two bring to CCP really good and informative reading.
