I think all the decisions we have seen lately have been all about risk management more immediately plus moving forward. Everything was starting to look very messy and unpredictable. OEL is only a tiddler not a whale - now that the dust has settled I'm happy with what they have done here (yes a rare thumbs up from me). Punters are risk adverse so lets now see if decisions made start releasing the hand brake a little and bring out some slow yet steady buying - still looking for an initial move to 1.7c on the next cycle - just need it to trigger ! E
