I was hoping it could free them up to sell/monetise GC21, eg trade the WI for Talos shares. It would save Otto USD5m in remediation costs, and provide a fairly liquid investment (Talos shares) to sell at an opportune time.
I wouldnt expect any hints from Otto that they intend or are in negotiations to sell any specific asset. We'll here about it if/when the deal is done, similar to the Alaska sale that was announced shortly before Talitha spudded.
