I sound like a broken record but THEY NEED TO START RUNNING A SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM ....... 22 million for the taking at 0.9c for starters !!! Yet all these dinosaurs at OEL can do is ........... actually I've got no idea what they are all doing !!!!! This hasn't closed above 1.7c resistance for 18 months now. So in my view, it's a Share buyback now or we sit here for another 18 months twiddling our thumbs. Especially as these guys only seem to be capable of working at an absolute snail's pace to create opportunities for shareholders. E
