I would argue that they are not in compliance with their continuous disclosure obligations.
There is a hurricane impacting our cash flows / assets - no news
We own 14m shares in PANR which has increased 300% due to developments - no news on that front either
They signed an agreement with Fosters - which is referred to in the announcement, but no news on the terms of that
Please someone take us over asap.
I would vote yes to $0.02 to screw them and Fosters over
