CREDIT: GMB: GMT BBB Credit Rating Reaffirmed

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of GMT is pleased to advise that the
Trust's credit rating of BBB has been reaffirmed by Standard & Poor's.

The Trust's bond programme and senior secured debt facilities are rated one
notch higher at BBB+.

Andy Eakin, Chief Financial Officer of Goodman (NZ) Limited, said, "Standard
& Poor's has reaffirmed the investment grade credit ratings assigned to the
