    I think this resignation is simply that this Wilson guy just doesn't want to be on the ASX board.

    There are already 6 or 7 directors or something like that and these overseas people don't understand or like being on the ASX board with all the responsibility and potential legal claims if things go wrong.

    He is continuing to be a director of the local company so I don't see a major issue with that release.
