Trade bound, but looks like an ascending channel?
I don't usually care for technical analysis, but I know that there are plenty of investors out there who do, that's why I sometimes keep an eye out for trends in charts of stocks that I value.
I think QBE is decent value below $12, and I think longer term it will trade around $13 - $16. Technically the chart looks like it's making a comeback from it's lows in February of $9.60. It appears to have an ascending triangle between $10.60 and $10.85, and hopefully once this is broken it will shoot past $11.60.
I'd love for someone who is better at charting to confirm this?
