Standard & Poor's (Australia) Pty Limited has put Kiwibank Limited's credit
rating on negative outlook. The change in outlook follows a review of the
credit rating of Kiwibank's parent, New Zealand Post Limited.
Kiwibank's long-term senior unsecured rating remains at AA-, and its
short-term rating remains at A-1+. The rating assigned to the perpetual
callable non-cumulative preference shares issued by Kiwi Capital Securities
Limited remains at BB+.
