    re: Ann: Credit Suisse - $10M Senior Secured ... What does it mean in today’s announcement that precise timing of when it will receive cash from Shanxi is not certain? I thought Shanxi is bounded by the agreement to pay the 7.5 mill within 30 days. Did Shanxi mention in agreement that it may not pay the fee in 30 days?
