re: Ann: Credit Suisse Provides US$15m Financ... yes it is good news from the CR point of view...but on the other hand it shows that the $10m of cash they had on hand was never going to be enough. That disturbs me somewhat as it means they are going to chew quite a lot of cash getting this baby up and running......it means the risk is clearly higher than we thought previously.... as is always the case when someone is unexpectedly forced to take on more debt......that $12m dividend they paid would look good right about now but such is life......
Gold and gold stocks generally still seem to be caught in a downdraft...just depends whether the move from safe havens continues to equities or not..if so then I think gold is headed lower....we need another bout of risk aversion to get it going again...
