I would have thought that Quintis (as listed company) would be wound up and therefore the shares would be cancelled or the listed company would be sold as a shell (without any assets). In any event current equity holders will not be shareholders in the new private company. It would be nice to know just what is planned but the administrators are not the slightest bit interested in current shareholders.
