In my opinion this threat of legal action is nothing more than a feeble attempt to silence criticism of the board. In itself I believe this is misuse of company funds for the director's personal benefit and the cost of these legal fees, as well as the costs incurred by the Company in defence of the takeovers panel application should rightly be reimbursed by the directors.
