I know about being at the helm of a business. I understand the psychology, marketing aspects and the financial constraints of running a business, which is why I support and understand GTT's actions.

My observations:

- the board wouldn't blow all of the money in the bank based on 'SPITE' when they are heavily invested themselves which would mean they would be ruining their own investment (my financial understanding)

- I predicted the resistance never had a shot at overthrowing the board back at the AGM. All sorts of LEGAL petty things got in the way of making the resistance chances of success difficult. It's business. I was very vocal about this on these forums. Ergo should have kept his 'ego' in check and not propose to overthrow the board but try to coexist with GTT, get a seat on the board and represent yourself and others, that never happened. (my understanding of business psychology)

- I predicted they would get into Lithium, it makes sense considering their connections from other juniors. Lithium is an attractive commodity.

It may bring some clarity as to why certain scenarios have come into play in recent times with SOC.
