agreed mate.
big salary sure (if deserved) but splashing out on unnecessary positions, departments, etc etc is where the bigger mistake can be sometimes. Bleeding the company with high outgoings / operational costs - wages etc
keeping it tight and lean from the start - if he gets the choice, this will be a good thing for the company.
atleast having someone with that focus and experience, is giving me hope
