I'm concerned that people haven't read the announcement properly, this will do jack for the SP (except for a momentary spike), it's a further drain on resources and means share dilution when (if) milestones are achieved. Please read the financial considerations thoroughly people. This brings in a great degree of uncertainty in a Canadian environment that is awash with wannabe licensees. Buying on this speculative 'potential' is dangerous in the short term IMO, as the 'potential' will only be realised when current players in the MM market are already established and operational. Garnering market share will be an immense hurdle. If they're banking on current and future sales to subsidise milestone payments and ongoing costs, CPH management and shareholders are smoking the wrong pipe.

Reading this and there is no 'money back guarantee':
"To satisfy the arrangement, Milestone 1 must be achieved within 24 months of settlement, and Milestone 2 must be achieved within 12 months of Milestone 1 being satisfied, otherwise the Mernova shareholders’ entitlement to the Consideration (shares) automatically lapses. These dates may be extended if agreed force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances) events occur."

Concentrate on the puppies and kittens CPH.....not 'pipe' dreams in Canada......Geez.....At least three long, long years away, all going well.....scratching my head in disbelief.....a stake in CanniMed would've made more sense.
