A shell corporation is a company which serves as a vehicle for business transactions without itself having any significant assets or operations. Sometimes, shell companies are used for tax evasion or tax avoidance, or to achieve a specific goal such as anonymity.
MMJ is not a shell company. Essentially a clinical trial stage pharmaceutical company with significant tangible assets in a MC company in Canada.
UGS (Lucky Lake) will be half owned by HO and an additional company essentially half owned as well, both fully licensed and producing for zero capex.
In my mind Farm to Pharma principal is still alive.
