Some biased person making inflated estimates of the total European or American market? Well, making an excuse to make an announcement about it is a completely standard pump excuse for CPH, but the holders love it every time, and the only conceivable reason for saying it's empty hot air hype is anger, shorting, desire to downramp for accumulation, etc, right?
