Consider that Creso are already at a market cap of over $100M. They certainly aren't there based on financial performance. Their cash spend is eye-watering. They will need more cash, and not that far away, even assuming that they fix some of their more major current issues (EverBlu being the key one in my view - the amount these guys have stripped out should be illegal, but won't be as it was in plain sight the whole time).
Bruce wants to expand, which will require cash. So how much dilution is required to get enough cash in? And where do those shares go to? My view is that the american market could pick up some cheap shares, drive the market cap down to a more realistic level, and then start the build process that ex-Canopy types want.
We're a long way off seeing growth in the SP I'd suggest, rising tide or not...
