No one here really seems like they're throwing an upset tantrum.
CPH doesn't at all seem to be getting their house in order; putting on new directors just means a lot more directors' fees, and given the size and state of the company, this should ring alarm bells.
As someone else said, it is a very, very questionable decision for someone to take on an appointment like this with CPH given their history and especially during an active police investigation. For one of them to claim they often turn down such positions but decided to take this one just highlights that they can not be taken seriously; if you were genuinely being offered positions like this frequently and turning them down, why on Earth would you accept the one where there is an active criminal investigation into the team you are joining? They're not even trying to be taken seriously by anyone doing any form of due diligence.
