If I read it correctly, fees to Everblu:

6% of $2.137mil - Approx. $130,000 in fees

ON TOP OF THAT.... they want 3 shares for every $4 capital raise...

So.. basically issuing an additional 1.6 million shares to Everblue (Approx. $96,000 based on 6 cents).

All in, approx value of $226,000 in fees/shares for raising $2.137mil.. thats 10.6% of the this capital raise.....

If you still believe in this company... well.. i really do not feel sorry for your loss.
