It's a nice premium for RLH shareholders, but the scheme states that we convert our CPH shares into RLH shares.

Like I just mentioned in the other crappy "thy" thread - a lot of people don't understand what's happening. Non holders understand even less.

No point down ramping, it's fruitless. The merger is planned to proceed and CPH will cease trading on 1 October. Before that happen's, CPHs management will work hard to get max value for existing SHs, in order to get the required 75% vote to pass the merger.
