Thanks @FraserJC. The statements by Kingdom Holdings appear to be clarifying the distinction between themselves and Kingdom Creative. Creso have an agreement with Creative, not Holdings. I agree that it wasn't the best look for CPH to admit that there was uncertainty regarding legality. That should have been disclosed in the initial announcement. I'm not rattled by it, but understand if some are.
