Okay, they own the building and some land, but it's nothing like $60 million worth. And again, it's slightly more elaborate than a few pots of dirt, but again, it doesn't cost millions of dollars to deck out a building for growing plants.

Yes, perhaps the reputation, connections and experience comes into it... but if you take a company over, you lose a lot of that anyway because you are buying out the previous owners and replacing them with yourself (and their experience, reputation, etc with your own), so, why not just replicate the infrastructure yourself at a tiny fraction of the price? These are arguments for CPH having value, but not being a takeover target.

It's not negative to simply look at a situation realistically.

Setting up and building a EU-GMP certified Medical Cannabis growing facility is both easy and cheap. The hardest and most expensive thing required is a magic wand. Lucky Creso got Harry Potter on board hey!
