Hey Defabs, they definitely indicated a growth strategy, and this is good since it gives the mkt some blue sky to try to price in. It'll be important for them to find a way to convince the market that redevelopment strategies that they undertake really are growth and not just maintenance of existing deteriorating assets. I presume the mkts lukewarm response to the announcement is because although you have given us the detail that it is actually a cash positive move in terms of income versus debt repayment, this isn't more widely recognised and people just see CRF getting smaller but less geared. Or no one is prepared to touch CRF until the litigation is sorted. Interesting that the litigation wasn't a part of the Boards view of the strategic landscape.
