Joking aside, I do find it interesting that the ASX release mentions Shane's Weetabix ads and his amateur rock band but failed to mention that he is the co-founder of ASG, a full service media technology business.
I don't know if there's a conflict of interest, if Shane will step down from ASG, if the 1TT role is only part time or the board feel it's not related given they're transitioning from being a media technology business to becoming a cookie baker? Watch this space....
