Its evident over three years now that marketing nor comms are effectively delivered by EUR i wouldnt be in a rush to blame google it pulled the data from somewhere and a stupid human is possibly involved. I also wouldn't rush to discount the importance of marketing in ther percieved value of a product, service or organisation. Let's see how fast this is resolved.
