I am looking forward to meeting you at the next AGM and hear you voicing your concerns directly to the board. The continual complaining about the board here on hotcopper does nothing. If it irks you then do something, start something that is positive about change.
Before you say that you live somewhere far away, I flew from Perth to London for an AGM and another time to Sydney.
You can change the board but you have to do the work.
