Why would I attend an AGM when the management has zero accountability?
This is the Tony and Malcolm show.. they do what they want.. if you really think they give a damn about you and I, then you are absolutely deluded!
How do you know I haven’t been communicating with the company? I’d raised the concern with the lack of PIPE on multiple occasions each time receiving a response that Tony is busy building primary and secondary interest amongst investors.
Tony said Wolfsberg is being divested to list on NASDAQ to raise significant capital which he couldn’t do on the ASX. We have raised $10M after trying for 3 years.
EUR is an exploration company that’s done ZERO exploration in the last 3 years. How many exploration companies on the ASX do you know that haven’t undertaken any exploration over 3 years?
