It's not as if the dates for Ramandan was a mystery or the fact Saudi more or less closes-down during Ramadan is surprising...to announce the end of Q1 as the date for a deal with the Saudi's and then use Ramadan as a reason for it not happening??....kind of highlights some of the issues here, poorly thought through statements and then weak excuses.
