Yeah that is what I am expecting to balance this equation - arbitrage traders, however, this is not like trading CDIs across LSE and ASX as though the holdings are obviously linked on value proposition they are not legislatively the same stock. This decouples the 'normal' arbitrage trading balance so it may come slower than expected, otherwise this would have been straight up silly free money.
