I like that term haha. Garbitrage is exactly what this was.
On the flip side though, this is now on the nasdaq, has some additional funds in the kitty, an offtake deal and refinery JV with funding. Its not a terrible mixture, but there's a lot of work to do, and it feels like the past 12 months all the effort has been on garbitrage and wheeler dealing than project execution.
The local market isn't impressed but let's see what the yanks think of it over the next few days/weeks.
