EUR probably only have about $6M left at bank at the end of this quarter.

If the A options are well in the money, they will raise around $12M from very loyal holders and supporters.

If the A options expire worthless, then they will need to cap raise at horrible prices to horrible hedge funds who will dump for a tiny profit.

They definitely have some incentive to get the options over the line and converted in my view - for the long-term benefit of the register.
