HOWEVER distribute some shares then you will see price sky rocket, why would someone not buy a share worth 8.2c when they would be getting free shares worth about 34c (30% CRML and current EUR shares outstanding), yet still having the current shares in EUR?

The price per share of EUR if 100% CRML is distributed goes up to about $1.20 based on current numbers.

Even if 100% is distributed, CRML will still own the Wolfsberg mine, the same way EUR did before, Tony is still the chairman there having about the same amount % shares in CRML as he has in EUR and shareholder of EUR have about the same amount too (roughly 80%) of the share equivalent they did in EUR, BUT at a much higher value, more return and enriching for everyone.

So again not sure why EUR wants to hold all the CRML shares except for what has been mentioned before - to not have dilution in EUR for other projects, work around - distribute 50%! EUR will still have over A$800 million in value
