Hi Rama,
I’m not valuing this deal at anything… Like everyone else, I want cornerstone investors to place a valuation on Wolfsberg by investing in CRML.
The market, which I am a part of, will only believe a valuation if that is supported by the big fishes. Why? Because they know these big fishes have deep pockets to support the share price at those levels and also trust their due diligence.
So, the bottom line is unless a biggie invests big dollars at a decent valuation, EUR will not appreciate.
