I read with interest the advertisement for the upcoming NASDAQ listing.
I noticed the following statement by Tony Sage
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1829322/000121390023099177/ea190789-425_sizzleacq.htm
". As Europe’s first fully permitted mine, Critical Metals is poised to become a significant producer of key lithium products for the region’s battery supply chain and to play an integral role in driving the global green energy transition"
Question:
Is it correct that European Lithium already has all the permits to operate the mine?
As far as I know, European Lithium only has the licenses, but has not yet applied for any permits from the authorities, which is a serious difference.....
If I am wrong, please accept my apologies
