Not that CRML would need to in the short term post IPO since the funding agreement with GEM is there for the taking, essentially a capital raise specific to GEM, as and when capital is needed for going concern.

I guess what I'm really saying here is, include in your numbers, issue of more shares post IPO and dilution of EUR ownership of CRML, even during the lock-up period. It's inevitable. Even if the US market ends up valuing the company lower than pro forma $$$.

Also as much as I agree there is significant value and I think every EUR shareholders are already millionaires, we are talking about Tony and M.Day here. Millionnaires are millionaires because we got good at selling a pen to buy a house. Understanding Board members' bread and butter skills and how they create value for shareholders and themselves is equally important in completing diligence of a business/investment in question.

I keep repeating it and people are probably sick of me saying things they already know but more important than how much multiples your capital returns:
- Never underestimate ego and love of money
- Each to their own risk/reward analysis (own it)
- Always have an exit strategy
