Ok, I give up and can't take any more of the comments.

The extension Sizzle got has nothing to do with the vote on the 23rd of January. This is going ahead as planned.

After the fait accompli vote on the 23rd, the Nasdaq bell ringing can happen within a few days.

The only thing that would have the potential to slightly delay that would be if more dollars come in, this would need to be advised to SEC but it's just a notification not an amendment. So I suspect we will be all done within a week or two of the 23rd.

I am puzzled by why some posters who in the past have proved to be reliable are now throwing grenades in.
