EUR has a project ready to mine. This has a value according to the BFS of $US1.5B It sold the project on the basis of the PFS to a SPAC company Sizzle for the equivalent of $US750M. Payment from Sizzle is via the issue of $US750M shares in a newly formed company CRMA. CRMA will list on the Nasdaq.
