A good Ann in many respects, but then I do wonder on the economics of allowing another company a cheap entry to the tiny vanadium market, and what that does to the price. Remembering only two new mines are needed over next 5 years at best.
Maybe the best strategy is to leave this agreement non binding as long as possible, then leave them on the church steps when the time comes. Could throw their entry off by a year or two, crucial to have decent V price in payback period.
