This is interesting.
The NMT PFS has two possible production paths 1/ DSO 2/roasting.
If the roasting process is used this will produce 402kt p/a of iron/ V2O5 concentrate.
With grades of 58.7% Fe and 1.58% V205. ( both above AVL)
The NMT cons would be 44% of the proposed AVL yearly throughput. If this MoU becomes a BoA could AVL put the mine on hold and process the NMT cons for a start.
Algar mentioned the possible treating of 3rd party ore in a presentation maybe 18 months ago.AIMO.
