Hi NP,

FID will arrive first, the only way another CR will happen first, if we are stalled here to XMas, due to delays, and we run low on working cashflow.

At FID, they will announce how it all unfolds DEBT/EQUITY, and then what the equity looks like. i.e. who gets to be involved in the CR? Note: Startegic equity may request equity above the current SP? So may not get a look in, that is a reason we are asking.

We have asked questions on the EQUITY side (if retail get a bite at a CR, and how much), and I will post that on here if they can respond to us. It may be business sensitive as the offtakers may work the detail backwards and play against us on the negotiating.
