If you are correct, which as you write, it clearly follows. Then, the expansion and last minute DD work for equity that DC discussed would be ‘Z’.
Meaning Z, is happy with 400t for now, but given they were late to the party. And we know that the parties for the 1600t offtake had completed their DD, as debt was all about to be announced. Then it follows that Z is ‘potentially’, requesting the stage 2 expansion, for more offtake.
Particularly as Z(POsCO), may have access to the IRA, and subsequently could invest, large sums given their recently announced USA vehicle contract for $1.1 Trillion.
Just a little typo, there: 4,020t in total.
