    I saw that,, maybe this capping is from a broker who is in line for a big lick of stock and wants it lower.
    Thats the only sense i can make of it.

    So you maybe right, a CR maybe close.
    Then use the listing in IG to pump it to reward CR players

    Just trying to join the dots.
